Orders, Shipping, & Returns
How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing Time: Tshirt orders typically take 2–4 business days to process and create before shipping. Embroidery and Mugs take 3-10 business days to process and create before shipping.
Shipping Time: Standard shipping usually takes 3–5 business days, Economy shipping take 4–10 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not at this time. We love that our kindness community spans the globe! Unfortunately, due to the unpredictable nature of current international tariffs and unexpected import fees, we've made the difficult decision to pause international orders for now. We don't want our customers to be surprised by large, unexpected fees upon delivery. We are committed to offering international shipping as soon as global shipping and tariff issues stabilize so we can give you a transparent and fair rate.
Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges?
Returns and exchanges are not supported. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free redo or a refund if you contact us within 10 days of product delivery. See our Refund Policy here.
